The first named member of a team is the O.O.D. and it is the responsibility of that person to delegate duties to the other members of the team.

NOTE: Duty personnel are requested to arrange and supply refreshments.

O.O.D.'s who are unable to carry out their duty MUST make arrangements for a substitute and inform the Sailing Secretary, Jonathan Haigh, should there be no replacement possible.
