Welcome to Sutton Sailing Club
Sutton Sailing Club provides a warm and friendly atmosphere where you and your family are very welcome. We offer excellent facilities for sailing and many varied social events. The club provides the opportunity to sail throughout the year whether you wish to race competitively or potter in your boat on a very attractive stretch of water. Races are organised for Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings in the spring, summer and autumn, and Sunday mornings in the winter. Senior members can sail at any other time unless the pool has been set aside for other users e.g. Sea Scout Regattas. There are a number of club boats available for hire for those wishing to try sailing before buying a boat. There is extensive support and training for Junior members. |

| Congratulations to the Sutton Sailing club topper fleet for their excellent performance at the Nationals in North Berwick this summer and in particular to Matt and Dan Venables at the world championships in Ireland last week where we are very proud to announce that Matt is the TOPPER WORLD CHAMPION and Dan also obtained a fantastic result by finishing fourth.
Many thanks to Steve and Jude for all they have done to help the lads achieve what can only be described as a wonderful result and we look forward to seeing you all on your return. |
